Go Detox is a body cleansing program for 14 days and includes 3 stages, which allow to maximize the excretion of toxins, improve the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, and maintain the right microflora of the gastrointestinal tract.
WARNING: The Colo-Vada Plus/Go Detox program should not be used by children under age 14, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with kidney stones and gallstones.
The program is not recommended for people who have not prepared their bodies before the Go Detox, because the body must be prepared first.

Drinking regimen during body cleansing
A sufficient amount of water needs to be consumed during the body cleansing. This is a prerequisite for all types of purification. Most of the problems people experience during body cleansing are related to lack of water, which manifests as intoxication, constipation, cleansing crises, etc. The body's systems that regulate water balance—such as the lymphatic, urinary, respiratory, skin, and gastrointestinal systems—can become overburdened. For this reason, effective cleansing requires an adequate daily intake of water, typically 1.5 to 3 liters depending on body weight. The efficiency of purification is greatly enhanced when sufficient amounts of bioavailable water, such as Coral-Mine, are consumed throughout every stage of the process.
The program “Go Detox” aims to cleanse the body and intestinal tract, but it is not a specific slimming program. Weight loss occurs when the intestinal tract gets rid of intestinal stones, toxins, and slag and follows a four-day diet. After that, the metabolism gradually adjusts.
Program stages:
Preparation (7 days);
Body cleansing (4 days);
Recovery (3 days).
1. Preparation phase (7 days) from day 1 to 7
At this stage, the body is prepared for cleansing, toxins are excreted into the colon. The body is supplied with nutrients and its function returns to normal.
Dietary recommendations
Recommended: follow a diet consisting of water-cooked porridge and vegetable soups, fresh, stewed, or cooked vegetables, fruits and salads, boiled and stewed fish, sour milk products with reduced sugar (kefir, yogurt). It is recommended to use oil in salads, like extra virgin olive oil, flaxseed oil, avocado oil, hemp seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, and sea buckthorn oil.
You can eat dried fruits, lemons, fresh beets, and greens.
Exclude or at least limit: canned products and products of animal origin (meat, milk and milk products, poultry), as well as white flour products, coffee, and sugar (herbal teas can be used; sugar can be replaced by honey). Also try to avoid products that increase the formation of gases in the intestinal tract: grapes, apples, bananas, pears and melons, legumes (beans, peas, lentils), potatoes, cabbage, and radishes.
Completely giving up any carbonated drinks and alcohol!
How to use:
When you wake up every morning, slowly drink at least 640 ml of warm Coral-Mine water, and then take Super Flora. With breakfast and dinner drink the contents of the No. 1 package.
During the day it is very IMPORTANT to drink at least 1.5l of coral WATER!
2. Body cleansing phase (4 days) from day 8 to 11
During this phase, the intestinal tract is thoroughly cleansed using Go Detox powder. Once mixed, the powder swells and forms a gel that binds to waste in the intestinal tract, making it easier for the body to eliminate accumulated toxins and fecal matter.
How to Use:
Drink a cocktail made with Go Detox Mix powder four times a day, spaced every 3–4 hours, using cold unsweetened juice or water. For best results, pour the powder into a shaker, add cold liquid, and shake well. Avoid artificial juices, as they often contain citric acid, sugar, or substitutes that can disrupt the body’s pH balance. Drink the mixture immediately before it thickens, and follow with an additional glass of water to aid the cleansing process.
At this stage, do not eat any food except herbal teas (without sugar) and coral water. The powder will expand in your stomach, helping you feel full and reducing hunger. Between servings, aim to drink at least one glass of water, and if you truly need something more, opt for natural juice only.
Go Detox Mix powders contain clay, which contains kaolin, which acts as an absorbent and absorbs toxins from the digestive tract. This Go Detox Powder unique substance absorbs 40 times more toxic substances than its mass! Kaolin promotes the excretion of fecal masses in the intestinal tract, loosens and separates the hardened, mucus-coated masses from the intestinal walls.
It is essential for the bowels to move at least once a day. If this doesn’t happen for an extended period, you can take an additional dose of Cascara Sagrada or magnesium (Coral Magnesium). If you experience fatigue, try drinking artichoke tea (use 2 tablespoons of Coral Artichoke, steeped in a cup of hot, but not boiling, water) to support liver function.
First take Super Flora, then after 30min take tablets from package No. 2 and then Powder Mixture. For best absorption, take tablets 1 hour before the powder mixture in the morning and evening, as this ensures the body can fully utilize the nutrients.

3. Recovery phase (3 days) from day 12 to 14
After the Go Detox program, it is necessary to help the intestinal tract to regenerate. After cleansing the gastrointestinal tract, the intestines can absorb all substances and vitamins much better and more fully!
To help your digestive system gradually return to normal, take the capsules from Package No. 3 and eat only fresh or lightly cooked vegetables from days 12 to 14. Starting on day 14, you can slowly reintroduce protein-rich foods like eggs and meat, but only in small portions.
How to use
In the morning after watering the body with warm Coral water, drink Super Flora and follow with the contents of package No. 3.

Composition of Go Detox
Phase I
No. 1 of 14 sachets is provided for the first phase.
Package No.1 composition + Super Flora:
Ultimate (1 yellow, oblong-shaped tablet): a complex of natural vitamins and microelements, provides the body with nutrients during the program;
Super Flora (1 capsule with cream powder): provides normal intestinal microflora. Each capsule contains 1 billion Lactobacillus acidophilus bacteria;
Vitamin C (500 mg): (1 cream, oblong tablet): antioxidant, protects against infections, provides protection of the body from toxic substances released during the purification process;
Coral Alfalfa (lucerne) – (2 green capsules) provides the body with the necessary minerals, amino acids, chlorophyll (called sunlight storage);
Cascara Sagrada (1 brown, oblong shape tablet – lighter than black walnut leaf tablet) natural laxative, covers the walls of the colon with healing and soothing oil;
Herbal mixture No. 2. (2 light brown with white spots, oblong-shaped tablets): garlic, red clover, straw trigonel, cassia, red sage, bunch of cimicifuga, Canadian golden root. These plants are traditionally used for the general purification of the body;
