2. Description of Service
HoliRide provides a platform that connects independent drivers offering rides with passengers seeking transportation. HoliRide does not provide transportation services directly and does not employ drivers.
Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Conduct: You agree to treat all users with respect and comply with all local traffic and safety laws.
Safety: You are solely responsible for your own safety during a ride. HoliRide does not conduct real-time background checks on all users.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoliRide and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. All ride arrangements are private agreements between the passenger and the driver.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in illegal or harmful behavior.
