Pools and water facilities are subject to closure in certain weather conditions, particularly lightning. If the staff inform you that the pool is closing for lightning, please gather your belongings and exit the pool deck. Items left behind may be damaged by rain or lightning and may be turned in to lost and found.

All bodies of water are subject to other closures for maintenance at any time. Please see hours posted on Current Pool Operation Status at the top of this page.

When is the waterslide open? see hours posted on Current Pool Operation Status at the top of this page. The flag at the top of the tower indicates the slide's status. If the RED flag is posted, the slide is closed. When the GREEN flag is posted, the slide is open!

What are the waterslide rules?

• All riders must be wearing resort bands. If you're not wearing a resort band, you will be sent back to get your band.

• Single riders only, no tandem rides. This includes small children or children with parents.

• Riders must be no less than 42" tall.

• Persons who are not confident swimmers should not ride.

• Ride feet-forward, face-forward. Do not attempt to turn yourself in the slide.

• Follow all instructions from the ride attendant.

• The slide may close at any time for weather or any safety cause as determined by the staff.

I was given wristbands, do I really need them? Yes! Wristbands/resort bands must be worn at all times while on resort property. Everyone in your party must be wearing a wristband/resort band while on property, to include the pool area. 

Dressing up and leaving property? We're happy to replace the band when you return your cut band to the front desk! If you have lost or broken a resort band, you may go to the front desk to obtain a replacement.

I want to carry in my own food and beverages, is that okay? Personal size coolers only may be brought into the pool deck but please anticipate Team Members asking to check the cooler, to ensure there are no glass bottles or containers inside, as they pose safety hazards on the pool deck. Food and beverages are available for purchase at the Tiki Bar at the Main Pool. Restaurant personnel also serve on the pool deck during high-volume occupancy hours. Larger coolers should be stored in your villa or vehicle, please do not leave them outside the pool gates where other people can help themselves. 

But, again, glass containers of any variety are not permitted on or around the pool decks, as broken glass poses a major safety hazard within the pool area.

Coolers found outside the gates may have a courtesy notice inserted explaining the need to return the cooler to a villa or vehicle. Coolers unmoved after 1 hour will be taken to the front desk for storage.

I like to enjoy a beverage while I'm in the pool, is that okay? Local health code for commercial pools prohibits food or drink in the pool or on the wet deck. No items may be left near the edge of the water, or in any walkway where it might become a tripping hazard. Please keep all food and beverage items at your seat or table.

Note: it is hazardous to consume alcohol before or while using a hot tub.

Where is the smoking area? Both of our pools are smoke-free. Smokers will need to exit the pool deck to smoke or use vaping devices.

What is the saved seat policy? Guests may not 'save' or 'reserve' seats at the pools by leaving towels on chairs when they do not intend to be present at the pool. Any items left unsupervised for an hour or more will be condensed onto one lounger or, if all seating is occupied, personal belongings left alone will be stored in a safe location for guests to pick up at their convenience. Please see a pool team member for assistance.

The Signature Pool is 'The Quiet Pool,' and is available to all guests. Located at Building Three is our Signature Pool. This pool is intended as a quiet “oasis” pool. All guests and all ages are welcome at The Quiet Pool, we ask only that everyone observe a few basic guidelines to assure the most pleasant experience. As with all of our facilities, anyone under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult, such as a family member, guardian or babysitter. Personal conduct must be such that the safety of self and others is preserved. As this is the quiet pool, there is no throwing balls or other items. Rough play and intentional splashing is not permitted. Electronic audio devices are permitted to be played through ear buds/earphones & kept at a low volume.

I have excellent taste in music, can I set up my loudspeaker at the pool so everyone can enjoy my selections? Please don't bring any speakers to either of the pools. We have a PA system that plays music at the pool decks all day. If you bring a speaker to the pool, you will be asked to remove it.

Please watch your children, For pool safety there is no substitute for supervision.

NO DIVING - Diving is not permitted into any of our water features.

Main Pool Rules:

* Maximum occupancy 146 persons
* Failure to follow rules may results in expulsion from the water park or may cause serious injury
* Property bands requires at all times in pool area
* Please shower before entering pool
* Proper swimwear attire required
* Do not swallow the pool water
* No smoking or vaping in pool or on pool decks
* No glass containers in pool area
* No food or drink allowed within 4' of water
* Keep entry and exit area clear - no sitting on steps
* All children under 12 must be responsibly supervised by an adult
* Non-swimmers must stay in shallow water (observe depth markers)
* No running, pushing, dunking, rough play or throwing objects
* No floats, tubes or floating devices in pool
* No animals allowed on or around pool deck or resort property [Service animals are permitted on pool decks but not in the water; Service animals on pool decks may not be left unattended]
* Breath holding and prolonged underwater swimming is prohibited (unconsciousness may occur unexpectedly)
* No person should consume alcohol or any drug and then enter the water
* Infants must wear rubber pants or swimming diapers
* Pool may be closed for adverse weather conditions, routine maintenance, or safety reasons.

Lazy River Rules:

* Warning - No Lifeguard On Duty - Use At Own Risk

* Maximum occupancy 518 persons
* Failure to follow rules may results in expulsion from the water park or may cause serious injury
* Property bands requires at all times in river area
* Please shower before entering river; use of oils or body lotions is prohibited
* Proper swimwear attire required
* Do not swallow the pool water, it is recirculated
* No smoking or vaping in lazy river or on pool decks
* No diving - Entry available in designated areas only
* No glass containers in river area
* No food or drink allowed within 4' of water
* Keep entry and exit area clear - no sitting on steps
* All children under 12 must be responsibly supervised by an adult
* Children under 42" are not permitted on the lazy river ride unless accompanied by an adult
* Warning - Children riding in laps can be dangerous and is not recommended
* No personal tubes - resort tubes are required to use the lazy river.  Tubes may not be used in any other pool and must remain in designated areas
* No animals allowed on or around pool deck or resort property [Service animals are permitted on pool decks but not in the water; Service animals on pool decks may not be left unattended]
* Infants must wear rubber pants or swimming diapers
* Do not use pool if you are ill with diarrhea
* Lazy river may be closed for adverse weather conditions, routine maintenance, or safety reasons.

Water Slide Rules:

* Warning - No Lifeguard On Duty - Use At Own Risk
* Hours: see hours posted on Current Pool Operation Status at the top of this page
* Failure to follow rules may results in expulsion from the water park or may cause serious injury
* Property bands requires at all times in slide area
* Do not swallow the pool water, it is recirculated
* Children under 42" tall are not permitted on the slide
* Eyeglasses and goggles may not be worn on the slide
* Climb step slowly, no horseplay, running or pushing - warning - steps slippery when wet
* No head first sliding
* Slide must be ridden feet first lying down on your back
* Keep arms and hands inside slide at all times
* Do not run, dive, kneel, rotate or stop in the slide
* Only one rider to enter slide at a time: Riders must clear splash area before next rider can go
* Pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride the slide
* Riders must wait for attendant's start signal before beginning ride
* No tubes or floats of any kind on slide
* Do not block slide entrance to splash down area
* Swimwear with zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation are not permitted
* Do not ride while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
* Excessive use of slide may cause wear and tear of fabrics or skin irritation
* Water slide may be closed for adverse weather conditions, routine maintenance, or safety reasons.

Main Spa Rules:

* Warning - No Lifeguard On Duty - Use At Own Risk

* Maximum occupancy 38 persons
* Failure to follow rules may results in expulsion from the water park or may cause serious injury
* Property bands requires at all times in spa area
* Maximum water temperature is 104° F, Maximum use limited to 15 minutes
* Enter slowly and cautiously
* Keep entry and exit area clear - no sitting on steps
* Do not swallow the pool water
* Children under 12 must have adult supervision
* Pregnant women, small children, people with health problems and  people using alcohol, narcotics, or other drugs that cause drowsiness should not use the spa without first consulting a doctor
* No glass containers in spa area
* No food or drink allowed within 4' of water
* No floats, tubes or floating devices  in spa
* Please shower before entering; use of oils or body lotions is prohibited
* No animals allowed on or around pool deck or resort property [Service animals are permitted on pool decks but not in the water; Service animals on pool decks may not be left unattended]
* No smoking or vaping in spa or on pool decks
* Persons with long hair should not submerge - entanglement may occur
* Spa may be closed for adverse weather conditions, routine maintenance, or safety reasons.

Children's Zero Depth Entry Pool Rules:

* Warning - No Lifeguard On Duty - Use At Own Risk
* Hours: see hours posted on Current Pool Operation Status at the top of this page
* Failure to follow rules may results in expulsion from the water park or may cause serious injury
* Property bands requires at all times in zero entry area
* Responsible adult supervision required at all times
* Please shower before entering zero depth entry pool; use of oils or body lotions is prohibited
* Proper swimwear attire required
* Do not swallow the pool water, it is recirculated
* No reaching, interplay or grabbing with lazy river riders
* No diving or jumping into lazy river
* No climbing, standing, balancing or jumping on any water spraying device
* No floats, tubes or floating devices in zero entry pool
* No glass containers in pool area
* No food or drink allowed within 4' of water
* Infants must wear rubber pants or swimming diapers
* Do not use pool if you are ill with diarrhea
* No smoking or vaping in pool or on pool decks
* Zero depth features may be closed for adverse weather conditions, routine maintenance, or safety reasons.
* Emergency phone located by pool bathrooms and building entrance - Dial 9-911

Signature Pool & Spa Rules:
* Hours: see hours posted on Current Pool Operation Status at the top of this page
* No food or beverages in pool or spa or on pool or spa wet deck.
* No glass or animals allowed in the fenced pool area (or 50 feet from unfenced pool).
[Service animals are permitted on pool decks but not in the water; Service animals on pool decks may not be left unattended.]
* Please shower before entering pool or spa.
* Do not swallow the pool or spa water
* Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Infants and small children must wear appropriate plastic pants.
* Pregnant women, small children, people with health problems and people using alcohol, narcotics or other drugs that cause drowsiness should no use pool or spa without consulting a doctor first.
* Do not enter pool during severe weather, heavy rain or when thunder and lightning can be heard or seen.
* In case of emergency, call 911.
* No reserving of pool furniture.
* Do not place furniture in pool or spa.
* Pool bathing load: 39 persons
* Spa bathing load: 9 persons
* Maximum water temperature: 104 degrees F
* Maximum spa use: 15 minutes
