Main Pool and Signature Pool decks will open at 8 AM and close at 10 PM.
The Lazy River will open at 9 AM and close at 9 PM.
The Water Slide will open at 11 AM and close at 5 PM.

Activities Fees
Activities Fees
Build - A - Buddy from the Bear Factory® - small buddies $19.95, large buddies $24.95. Choose from a variety of Bear Factory Buddies® and additional outfits for $9.95, a piece. Each buddy includes a carry-home bag and adoption form.
Most crafting activities will have fees that vary depending on what particular item is chosen.
Please see the Team Members leading the craft for more information.
All fees must be paid by room charge or credit card at the front desk before participating in activity. You will be provided with a receipt as proof of purchase that you will need to retain and bring to the Team Member hosting the event.

The Caribe Room
The Caribe Room is where most of our Activities and Crafts will take place. It is located in the main building in the escalator lobby, on the right hand side as you exit towards the main pool.
The Mezzanine
The Mezzanine
The Mezzanine is the level located just above the Main Lobby in Building One. The easiest way to access the Mezzanine level is to ride the elevator or escalator up to the "M" floor.
If you have any difficulty finding either location please ask a Team Member for assistance.
The Sports Courts
The Sports Courts
The Basketball and Tennis / Pickleball Courts are on the 3rd Floor of the Southern Parking Garage at Building One by the Main Lobby.
If you are looking to rent equipment, you may do so at the Front Desk, but if you are joining an activity led by our team, we'll have everything there ready to go!
If you have any difficulty finding the Sports Courts, stop by the Front Desk for assistance.
*All rocket launches, outdoor performances, events, and activities are subject to wind and weather conditions, or availability of the host that may postpone or cancel the function. Some activities rely on the participant to be physically able to participate.
In the event that Bingo cannot be held poolside, it will move into the Red Room at the Cape Grill & Bar. Water park and guest tram operation times are subject to change.
