Hi. I'm Ho Leung Fong (aka Jason). I'm a number theory PhD student at the University of Sheffield, supervised by Dr Tobias Berger.
Previously, I studied my Master's and Bachelor degrees at the University of Cambridge. I am now a member of the Sheffield number theory group. I am interested in the Langlands program. Recently, I am doing research related to the geometrisation of the local Langlands. Here's my CV.
Ho Leung is my first name and Fong is my last name. People usually call me Jason. My Chinese name is 方浩良.
Adjoint L-functions, congruence ideals, and Selmer groups over GL_n: possibly more up-to-date than the arXiv preprint
Geometrisation of local Langlands: Slides I made for explaining the geometrisation of local Langlands to pure mathematicians
Adic spaces, Examples of adic spaces, Tilting equivalences and almost mathematics: Slides and notes I made for the perfectoid spaces learning seminar
Adelic points on affine schemes, algebraic groups 1, algebraic groups 2: Notes I wrote for the automorphic representations learning seminar
Deforming Galois representations: My part III essay in Cambridge, supervised by Professor Jack Thorne.
On Chow stability and balanced embeddings: My summer research project in 2021, supervised Dr Ruadhaí Dervan.
Perfectoid spaces: An online learning seminar I ogranised between Nov 2023 and Feb 2024
Automorphic Representation: I organised a learning seminar on automorphic representations with Constantinos in the second semester of 2023.
