Holdarc is a plank timer and personal training journal. This policy explains how the Android app handles information. For privacy questions, contact holdframe-support@gmail.com.
Information you enter
When you save a session, Holdarc stores its date, duration, plank type, difficulty, body-feel selection and any note you choose to enter. The app also stores your display preferences. These records are kept in the app's local storage. Holdarc does not provide an account or developer-operated cloud sync. A limited record of purchase identifiers may be stored locally to prevent duplicate purchase-completion messages.
Android may back up app data through the device's backup or transfer settings. Backup availability and handling depend on your device and Google account settings. Uninstalling the app or deleting sessions may not immediately remove a copy retained by a device backup.
Optional purchases
Optional support packs are processed by Google Play. Google Play handles payment details, receipts, eligibility and refunds under its own terms and privacy practices. Holdarc receives purchase status and product or transaction identifiers needed to process a purchase. It does not receive your payment card details. Support packs do not unlock app features. The app does not operate a server for purchase verification or refund tracking.
Network services and links
Holdarc packages its fonts with the app and does not download them at runtime. The privacy summary is available offline in the app. If you choose to read this published page or purchase-help links, they open in your external browser. Choosing email support opens your email app. Those external services may process technical data, such as your IP address, under their own policies. Holdarc does not include an advertising or analytics SDK in the current release.
Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any order ID or other information you choose to send. Please do not send card details. We use your message to respond and retain it only as needed for support and applicable obligations. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at holdframe-support@gmail.com.
Your choices
You can delete individual sessions or use Settings → Delete all sessions to remove saved training sessions from the device. You can also uninstall Holdarc to remove local app data, subject to any Android backup copy. Because Holdarc has no app account, there is no account to delete. For Google Play transaction records or refund requests, use Google Play's order and support tools.
We may update this policy if app behavior or service providers change. The current version will be available through the in-app Privacy policy link and the public policy URL on Google Play.
