A: Yes! After creating timers for a meal, use the "Save as Group" feature to save them as a reusable recipe. You can load these groups anytime with the "Load Group" button.

Q: How do timer dependencies work?

A: When editing a timer, you can select other timers it depends on. For example, if roasting depends on preheating the oven, the app ensures the oven is preheated before starting the roast timer.

Q: Will I get notifications when timers start?

A: Yes! The app sends push notifications when each timer is scheduled to start. Make sure you've granted notification permissions when prompted.

Q: Does the app work offline?

A: Absolutely! Dinner Ninja works completely offline. All your data is stored locally on your device and no internet connection is required.

Q: Is my data private and secure?

Troubleshooting

Problem: Notifications aren't working

Solution: Make sure you've granted notification permissions to Dinner Ninja in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings → Notifications → Dinner Ninja. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Dinner Ninja → Notifications.

Problem: My timers disappeared

Solution: Data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstalled the app or cleared app data, timers will be lost. For future use, consider taking screenshots of important recipes to preserve them.

Problem: Timer calculations seem incorrect

Solution: Double-check your target finish time and timer durations. If a timer has dependencies, ensure those dependencies are set up correctly. The app calculates backwards from your target time.
