[Wolfcollar] is a blood card that is one of a kind, being that it doesn't really exist. After being mutated, Vey was given the ability to control both himself and the aptly named Wolfcollar, he has no physical card but this technically still constitutes as a divine ability.
Summary:
Another person that grew up in LIMBO, orphaned as a child and faced with the same scrutiny as Nio, but alive longer to have seen it more. He is now co-leader of The Government.
Sometimes others think he is more animal than man, and he thinks that they just might be right.

Background
Vey had been a part of LIMBO his whole childhood.
He grew up as the strongest soldier that they had, adoring the respect and attention that he got from LIMBO's then leader (and Nio's late grandfather) Misha. Others thought that Misha was cruel, but no they were just weak.
When Vey was 9, Nio was born and all of a sudden the attention was all on someone else. Whilst it made him a little jealous Vey wasn't completely ignorant, he could understand that family was important and that it just maybe wasn't meant for him.
Vey still maintained the respect that he had for Misha and as the years went on he observed Nio; the child was unruly and disobedient, a terrible fighter and even worse strategist. Maybe blood didn't matter, and if Vey worked hard enough, he could still be more important after all.
During an excursion, Vey was alongside Nio and Misha. In a moment there was light and the air became tight, and Misha shielded his ungrateful, untalented grandson instead of him.
When Vey woke up he was alone in the woodland, covered in fur and teeth, with a growl in his throat and a belly full of hatred.
He was led to the opposing side of the fight, of which he is now one of the leaders (despite still at times being immature).
