The Space

A luxury, modern, family home in the Kerang Lakes district. We are on a 100 acre property in country Victoria. Close to water-sports facilities, fishing, birdwatching and a great retreat for writers or artists. A great place to stopover on the way to the snowfields. A great place for families, small groups, couples and for solos. Comfortable shared facilities with access to a swimming pool, spa, recreational equipment for the lake and surrounds.

Two comfortable queen bedrooms and a room with two single beds are available and have access to a pool, spa, bar, games room and the lake. The price is per room with a maximum of two guests per room. Children under two may share parents bedding. Continental breakfast is provided and other home-cooked meals can be arranged. The house is only rented to one group exclusively, unless otherwise agreed.

Cost

Bed and Breakfast $89 per room per night ( 1 or 2 people). Longer stays to be negotiated. Continental breakfast included.

Guest Access

The down stairs area is available for guests to share with a pool table, large tv, lounge area, outdoor sitting area and bbq. The redgum bar is available for use with an honesty system. There is an outdoor swimming pool, spa, shared laundry and simple kitchen, fridge, hotplate, microwave/ kettle. Recreational equipment can be organised on request. Meals an be arranged with the hosts.

Boat storage and undercover parking may also be available.

Guest Interaction

The hosts live in the upstairs area and will be present at the listing. Shared meals or supply of cooked breakfast/ lunch/ dinner can be discussed.

The hosts Gaby and Lindsay are happy to offer assistance about local activities, things to do, restaurants or pubs.

It is about 40min to Swan Hill and about $80 for a taxi.

Local resturants/ take away are a minimum of 20km drive.
