I am an Assistant Professor in the Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University. I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
My research focuses on topics in labor economics, health economics, and industrial organization. In one stream of research, I analyze how workplace practices, incentives, and organizational structure shape employee performance and labor market outcomes. In another stream, I examine individual and organizational decision-making in insurance markets, with a particular focus on information frictions and behavioral responses.
