My name is Paula Hodnett. This is my 11th year at  Monarch Elementary, but my 29th year as a Special Education Teacher.  I graduated from Presbyterian College with a BS degree in Psychology.  I then attended Clemson University where I obtained a Masters Degree in Special Education. 

I have two boys that recently got married.   I enjoy traveling and reading in my spare time.

 My classroom assistant is Katie Prater.  Katie has lived in the Greenville area for 5 years.  She is married with two girls ages 12 and 9.  She enjoys spending time with her family, going on trips and Clemson football.
