This Privacy Policy explains how Hobby Tracker ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information when you use it on iPhone and iPad. The App is private by design: we do not collect, store, or share any personal data.

## 1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

The App lets you enter the following information:

- Hobby names, emojis, colors and weekly goals

- Session durations, dates and optional notes

- The start time of the live timer

This information is saved only on your iPhone or iPad, using Apple's standard on-device app storage (NSUserDefaults). It is never sent to us or to anyone else.

We do not collect:

- Your name, email address or phone number

- Your location

- Device identifiers or the advertising identifier (IDFA)

- Usage data, analytics or crash reports

- Photos, contacts, camera, microphone or health data

## 2. How We Use Information

Your information is used only inside the App to show your hobbies, sessions and charts. Because it never leaves your device, we cannot see it.

## 3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, trade or share any information with anyone.

- The App contains no advertising.

- The App contains no analytics or third-party tracking tools.

- The App does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, so it does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission.

## 4. Permissions

The App does not request any iOS permissions. It does not access your camera, photos, microphone, contacts, location, calendar or notifications.

## 5. Clipboard

When you tap a Copy button, the App places a text summary (for example your hobby report) on your device's clipboard. This only happens when you tap the button. The App never reads your clipboard.

## 6. Internet Access

The App works fully offline. It does not require an account and does not send any data over the internet.

## 7. iCloud and Device Backups

If iCloud Backup or computer backups are turned on in your device settings, Apple may include the App's data in your backups. These backups are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy, not by us. We have no access to your backups.

## 8. Data Retention and Deletion

You are in full control of your data:

- Edit or delete any hobby or session at any time inside the App.

- Delete all data at once with Charts → ⋯ → Reset all data.

- Deleting the App from your iPhone or iPad permanently removes all of its data from the device.

## 9. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for everyone. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, because the App does not collect personal information at all.

## 10. Security

Your data stays on your device and is protected by iOS security features such as your passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, and device encryption. We recommend keeping a passcode on your device.

## 11. Your Rights (GDPR and CCPA)

Because we do not collect or process personal data, we hold no personal data about you. You can view, change or delete all of your data directly in the App, as described in Section 8.

## 12. App Store Privacy Label

The App's privacy label on the App Store is "Data Not Collected", which matches this policy.

## 13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the App after changes are posted, you accept the updated policy.
