Monica Garcia- Heizer

Coach Monica teaches 6th Grade AVID, Intro to Engineering, and Exploring Engineering at Heizer Middle School. She has been with Hobbs Schools for 12 years, and has coached for two years. Monica believes you can accomplish anything you desire! "It just takes heart, hard work and dedication!"

Lisa Navarro - Highland

Coach Lisa is currently a 2nd Grade teacher at Edison Elementry. She has been with Hobbs Schools for eight years, and has been a cheer coach at Highland Middle School since 2016.

Lisa says, "If we don't try we will never know. So let's try and if we don't get it, let's try again! - Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game!"

Stephanie Haggerton - Houston

Coach Stephanie teaches Theatre at Houston Middle School and has been with the Hobbs School District for two years. Growing up she cheered at both Heizer & Highland Middle School, and cheered one season in college at Eastern New Mexico University. This will be Stephanies first year as a cheer coach! Welcome to the team, Coach!

Stephanie believes as a cheerleader you should lead by example by having good grades, good behavior and being someone the other students can look up to. She also says, "We are a team, and a family. We will all work together to create the best, and safest environment possible!"
