Architectural Changes
Per the plats and covenants, all exterior architectural changes must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee. Submit this form before beginning exterior work on your home.
Homeowners must also abide by town codes and ordinances. The Town of Brownsburg has a Code Compliance website for your reference.
Thornburg has a playground, lakes, and ponds maintained by the HOA.
The B&O trail borders Thornburg to the South and is maintained by the Brownsburg Parks Department.
Cardinal Park, Brownsburg West Middle School, and Cardinal Elementary are all within walking distance of the neighborhood.
