The house has a super-speed kettle, a multi-function rice cooker, a mini gas stove and a hot pot waiting for fresh seafood hotpot meals.
Washing machine and drying yard are right on the balcony next to the kitchen, laundry here is guaranteed to dry in a few hours. (sunny day )
Networked TV has enough apps available, like MyTV, Youtube, Netflix, etc., so you may watch movies all night without restriction.
For the guys, the home has an ashtray. To avoid setting off the building's fire alarm system or starting a fire, don't forget to bring your smokes to the balcony.

Gym ticket (150.000 VND/person/day) purchased at the Gym's reception counter on the 2nd floor.

Please present your passport or ID to register your stay at the Reception desk.
No weapons, explosives, poisonous or addictive drugs, pets, or unpleasant food are allowed within the homestay.
Don't rearrange or transfer the furnishings in the room or from one room to another, and stay away from taking anything from the homestay outdoors.
+ Please DO NOT CLEAN BELONGINGS, SHOES, DIRT, LIPSTICK, BLOOD, etc. with TOWELS, SHEETS, BLANKETS, PILLOWS, OR CURTAINS.
+ Compensation for furniture in the room is applied according to the attached furniture price list.
Don't decorate the room without the Homestay management's permission. Guests will be paid for any damage to the accommodation at the actual repair cost.
Please keep the homestay area tidy.
Do not add extra persons to the room if you have not pre-registered with Homestay management.
Before leaving the room, please check the appliances in the kitchen and bathroom, shut the window, and switch off the fan and light.
Please keep quiet after 23 o'clock.
