Ho Smesso - Quit Tracker is a motivation and personal progress tracking app designed to help users monitor their journey in quitting unhealthy habits such as smoking, alcohol consumption, sweets, social media, junk food, caffeine, compulsive shopping, or other personal habits.

The app allows users to:

• create personal goals;

• track days, hours, and progress;

• record estimated financial savings;

• save personal journal entries;

• perform daily check-ins;

• record difficult moments or relapses;

• use guided breathing features;

• view statistics, milestones, badges, and rewards;

• receive motivational notifications;

• access Premium features;

• synchronize data in the cloud if the user has an active Premium subscription and signs in.

3. Data Collected

User-Provided Data

• name or nickname;

• goals created by the user;

• goal start date and time;

• optional goal end date;

• estimated daily cost;

• personal motivation;

• personal journal entries;

• mood, triggers, craving intensity, and daily check-ins;

If Premium is not active, cloud storage is not available and data remains stored locally on the device.

Local data can be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data from the device settings.

Data is retained as long as the user continues using the app or until deletion is requested.

Data stored locally on the device is not accessible to the developer.

The request applies to the deletion of cloud data associated with the specified account, including:

• cloud-saved goals;

• journal entries;

• check-ins;

• app profile data.

For technical and security reasons, the developer does not access users’ personal content and is unable to perform selective modifications or partial deletions of synchronized cloud data.

As a result, any data deletion request will lead to the complete removal of all cloud data associated with the user's account.

Users may still delete individual goals, notes, check-ins, or other content directly within the app whenever such functionality is available.

Requests will be processed within 30 days, unless additional verification or legal obligations require a longer period.

11. User Rights

Users may request:

• access to their personal data;

• correction of inaccurate data;

• deletion of data;

• restriction of processing;
