- Canceling the alarm with one button?
If the bell icon on the right in the alarm list is blue, the alarm is active. You can cancel the alarm by clicking on it.
2. Permissions denied, no permission request notification?
Follow this path if the requested permission has been denied by you and you do not see the permission request window when you want to use the application.
Your phone's menu :
1. Click on the settings icon,
2. Click on Applications,
3. Find the HnsReminders app and click,
4. Click on permissions
Tick the relevant permissions in the window that opens.
3. What happens if the phone restarts?
- The alarms on the phone are cancelled.
- The app should open once when the phone restarts, in this way, active alarms are renewed again.
Information : If you suspect that active alarms are not renewed, you can click the Refresh Active Alarms link from the menu.
4. Phone call screen does not appear automatically?
In Android 10 and above, if the apps are not active, they are not allowed to be activated by themselves.
- But if you open the application and close the screen, you can auto search. No problem as the app is already active.
- If you are going to use the application by closing it and throwing it into the background:
Use the "Ask before you call" and "Sound Alert" options. In this way, the sound is activated in the background and warns you, you can open the application and make a call.
5. Music or sound does not mute?
- Sign out of the app,
- Check the background and have it come out from there too.
- Then open the application again.
Info : This is a rare condition. When you close and open the application completely (including the background), there will be no problems.
