Our laboratory focuses on developing polymer-based semiconductor processes and advanced van der Waals (vdW) integration strategies for next-generation electronic and optoelectronic systems. We investigate the self-assembly of soft matter, thin-film nanofabrication, and heterogeneous stacking of 2D materials, polymers, metals, and oxides to realize scalable and defect-free multilayer architectures. By bridging fundamental insights in polymer physics and interfacial science with device-level engineering, our research aims to establish innovative fabrication methodologies that enable sustainable, high-performance technologies.
