Yes, please provide the dimensions in inches (LxWxH) and ensure an allowance of 0.5 to 1 inch if you plan to place it in a container or cabinet. We will then get back to you with a quote. Note that it is non-refundable and non-returnable if the custom item does not fit due to incorrect dimensions provided.

If the item is available, you can pick it up within the day or during your visit to the store. For pre-orders, items from Pangasinan takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the order cut-off time. Delivery time for the items from other location depends on material availability and weaver schedules. Contact or proceed to our store for further inquiry.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit, especially for custom orders. Production will begin once the deposit is cleared, and proof of payment must be provided. The 1-2 week lead time starts from the time the deposit is received. Custom items are limited to our Pangasinan products (Rattan and Buri items).
