1. Overview
   These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the rules governing your access to and use of our mobile application, software, and any related features or services (collectively, the “Application”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

   You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to access or use the Application. By using the Application, you confirm that you satisfy this eligibility requirement.

3. Limited License
   Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Application for personal or internal business purposes. This license does not permit you to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the Application’s source code; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Application; use the Application for illegal, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes; or sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application. All rights not expressly granted remain our exclusive property.

4. Payments and Subscriptions
   If the Application offers premium features, subscription plans, or one-time purchases, transactions are processed through the relevant app store or platform provider. Subscription management, billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly by the platform provider. Pricing and plan details are displayed in the applicable app marketplace and may vary depending on your location. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform account settings. We do not collect, process, or store your payment card details.

5. Data and Privacy
   The Application is designed to function locally on your device unless otherwise specified. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal information on external servers. 6. Intellectual Property Rights
   All ownership rights in the Application — including but not limited to software code, design elements, graphics, branding, content, and functionality — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works based on the Application without prior written authorization.

7. Disclaimer
   The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or absolute security.

8. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities; or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application. Your use of the Application is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

9. Suspension and Termination
   We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you breach these Terms or violate applicable laws. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Application or these Terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

11. Modifications to These Terms
    We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be made available within the Application or through our official channels. Your continued use of the Application after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
