What we do
We offer a range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our community. Our offerings include:
Educational Workshops: Sessions on topics such as stress management, mindfulness, self-care, and mental health disorders.
Counseling Services: One on one sessions that we will provide for the client to address their issues and help them work out solutions.
Daily Reminders: Daily affirmations, quotes, and advices we will give out to remind people and give out reassurance and care.
