Information We Collect: The only information that we want from you is your name and contact information. We do not share or sell whatever information you give to us. The information is collected because we want to be able to contact you about your order and how to give you your order. We receive your information by asking you either on phone or face-to-face. Only the owner (Brian Harms Jr.) and his wife (Sally Harms) will have access to this information. We only plan on storing what you give to us until tax season. The information we ask for is stored in our filing cabinet and written on paper. We do not collect, or wish to collect, any analytics or other personal information.
What We Will ask Permission for: Subsequent to this date; after we make your cool metal cutout, we will ask you whether or not we can post an image of what we made you on our website to show off what we made to the public. If your cutout has your name on it we will blur or mark out your name. If your cutout is a home address plaque we will blur or mark out the bits that you don't want seen. We respect and value your privacy.
Payment: We can collect payment by cash or check.
Communications Clause: This contact information we will gather will be stored for if we need to contact you about your order. We will ask you what you prefer to be contacted by (phone call, mobile call, text, or email).
Business Transfers: We absolutely WILL NOT give, sell, or swap any information you give to us to any other people, businesses, or third parties. In the future we do not expect or wish for our business to be sold. Your information is safe.
Children Under 13 years of age: If you are 13 years of age or younger and you want a cool metal cutout, please, ask your parents permission. If they agree then have them contact us about making an order.

Dispute Resolution: If you have ANY complaints about our privacy policy please don't bottle it up until you explode in anger. Feel open and free to contact us by email. We don't wish for you to be unhappy about our policy and will do our best to help.
Future Changes to our Privacy Policy: If we feel the need to tweak or change our Privacy Policy we will simply write them and update it with the update-date. We will not email, or contact you about our change to our privacy policy.
