Certain HL Apps applications may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
Where applicable, purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and payment policies.
Subscription terms, pricing, renewal periods, and cancellation options will be presented to you before purchase where required.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to the applicable App Store settings and requirements.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are generally subject to Apple's refund policies and procedures.
If you have a question about a purchase or refund, you may need to contact Apple through its applicable support or refund process.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue some or all of the Services at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the application or otherwise ceasing to use the Services.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and disclosed.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to HL Apps and the jurisdiction in which the applicable legal dispute is resolved, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.
If you download or use an HL Apps application through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and HL Apps and not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the Services or their content, maintenance, support, or warranties, except as required under applicable law.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Your use of the application must also comply with the applicable App Store terms and conditions.
