Ah yes, integrity, people trust you, your judgment, people knock on your office door when they want the truth, but no one seems to knock on your door for a promotion. It's a bad work culture, but as you’re a builder, you’ve built yourself a family too who rely on the stable job you have. Ride it out until something gets you in the end.
