• Time: Registration starts at 11:40am. Guests must be seated by 11:55am

• Venue: 1st floor VIP Room, Dragon Castle, 100 Walworth Road, London SE17 1JL, Elephant & Castle

• Talk: Professor Paul Cheung will deliver his talk at 12pm

• Lunch: Immediately following the talk, food will be served sharply at 1pm

• End: We must leave by 4pm

Speaker:

Professor Paul Cheung is the former Dean of Engineering and former Associate Vice-President (Research) of The University of Hong Kong (HKU), and is currently an Honorary Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and the School of Computing and Data Science at HKU. Having joined HKU in 1980, he served in numerous academic and leadership roles until his retirement in 2018. He obtained his BSc(Eng) and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, University of London, in 1973 and 1978 respectively. Many alumni will also remember him as the founder of the HKU Marathon Team in 2006.
