! IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT !

Please note that all official invitations for future HKUAAUK events will be sent to members exclusively by email from HKUAAUK@gmail.com.

The application deadline, application procedures, and event details stated in the official HKUAAUK email and published on this website are the only official information and must be followed accordingly.

Any application instructions, enquiries, arrangements, or information provided through external or unofficial channels are not authorised by HKUAAUK and are outside HKUAAUK’s control.

Admission to HKUAAUK events is subject to prior formal application and acceptance. Any person who enters or attempts to enter an event venue without having received formal confirmation of acceptance via the official HKUAAUK email may be issued a warning and may face suspension of their membership.

Members are strongly advised to rely only on communications from HKUAAUK@gmail.com and information published on the official HKUAAUK website.

Non-members are also welcome to visit our website for information and to apply for events that are open to non-members. All event applications must be submitted through the official email channel, and those interested are warmly invited to apply for HKUAAUK membership.

Please note that there are various social media channels for HKU alumni which are not official HKUAAUK channels and are not monitored or administered by HKUAAUK. Event applications, application enquiries and confirmations should therefore not be made through such channels and must be submitted or obtained through the official HKUAAUK email channel.
