模型可能會有缺陷 , 我們會為顧客檢查 , 確保正常。The model may be defective and we will check with the customer to ensure that it is normal.
我們會視乎情況，保留限售產品數量或取消交易的權利。We will depending on the circumstances, retain the right to the number of restricted products or the cancellation of transactions.
若顧客告訴錯誤地址，以致物品寄失，我們一概不會負責。We will not be responsible , if the customer tells the wrong address so that the item is lost.
若顧客選擇順豐或掛號郵件必須先付全數貨品總額及一半運費，我們確認後才會發貨。If the customer chooses sf-express or registered mail must pay the total amount of goods and half the freight first, we will confirm before delivery.
若顧客選擇當面交收，必須先為每件貨品先付相應費用，如下: 1/76、1/43、1/87 : $30/件 ; 其他 : $10/件。餘數將在當面交收時收取。顧客亦可選擇先付全數貨品總額。If the customer Face-to-face transactions, must pay the corresponding cost for each item first , as follows: 1/76, 1/43, 1/87: $30/1 piece; Other: $10/1 piece. The remainder will be charged during Face-to-face transactions . Customers may also choose to pay the total amount of the goods first.
若在當面交收時取消貨品，將收取相應費用，如下:1/76、1/43、1/87 : $30/件 ; 其他 : $10/件。If the goods are cancelled in Face-to-face transactions , the corresponding fee will be charged, as follows: 1/76, 1/43, 1/87: $30/pieces; Other: $10/pieces.
若天文台發出任何熱帶氣旋警告信號或暴雨警告信號，當面交收會因應情況進行。若有遲到，訂單將不會取消，交收會延期。If the Observatory issues any tropical cyclone warning signal or rainstorm warning signal, the Face-to-face transactions will be in response. If any late, the order will not be canceled, the settlement will be postponed.
我們盡可能提供每樣貨品兩件，供顧客當面交收時選擇。As far as possible, we provide two pieces of each item for customers to choose when Face-to-face transactions .
如果成功預訂, 顧客可以銀行入數、轉數快或在當面交收時付訂金。If pre-order success , customers can give deposit to us by deposit in bank , FPS or during Face-to-face transactions.
若顧客需退款，請給銀行帳戶予我們，以便進行退款。顧客亦可選擇留待下次購物使用，只須傳送我們發出的證明予我們便可扣減。If the customer needs a refund, please give us the bank account for us to refund. Customers can also choose to leave the next shopping to use, only need to send us the proof which we issued to us , the amount will be deducted.
訂單的處理先後次序，以Google試算表為準。Orders are processed in order,on the basis of Google spreadsheet.
已遞交訂單，不受之後版本的條款及細則影響。Orders have been submitted and will not affected by the terms and conditions of the later version.
當顧客提交訂單時，已經接受本條款及細則。These Terms and Conditions are accepted by customer when submits the order.
當條款及細則更新時，我們會在生效前7天在首頁通知。同時會在此上載新版本。新版本生效時間為生效當天香港時間上午9時正。When the Terms and Conditions update, we will put notice on the home page 7 days before effect. A new version is also uploaded here. The new version effective time for the effective day of Hong Kong Time 9am.
