- 當面交收 Face-to-face transactions
- 當面交收的地方必須是香港的港鐵*/輕鐵站, 有關時間和地點, 與您交收的職員將以電子郵件/電話/WhatsApp 聯繫。 Face-to-face transactions' place must be HK MTR/Light Rail stations , about time and venue , the staff who trading with you will contact you by email/tel/WhatsApp.
- 如果您遲到15分鐘, 交收及訂單將取消, 除非您打電話給負責與您交收的職員。 If you late for 15 mins , the trade and order will canceled, unless you call the staff who trading with you.
- 若天文台發出任何熱帶氣旋警告信號或暴雨警告信號，當面交收會因應情況進行。若有遲到，訂單將不會取消，交收會延期。If the Observatory issues any tropical cyclone warning signal or rainstorm warning signal, the Face-to-face transactions will be in response. If any late, the order will not be canceled, the settlement will be postponed.
*不包括羅湖、落馬洲、欣澳、迪士尼、機場、博覽館及上水。Excluding Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Sunny Bay, Disneyland, Airport, Asia Expo and Sheung Shui.
