請細閱以下適用於理大藝墟 2024 初華祭的一般條款及細則（「守則」）。如預留門票及/或入場，閣下即被視作同意遵守本守則 。

理大藝墟 2024 初華祭守則

1. 所有人士均須遵守本守則、香港理工大學的校園守則及香港法律。

2. 請遵照任何大會工作人員及校方職員的指示。如有需要請尋求工作人員協助。

3. 請小心保管閣下的私人財物。如有遺失，本會及香港理工大學恕不負責。

4. 禁止攜帶武器、大型道具及穿著任何過份暴露之裝扮進入校園範圍內，面斥不雅。

5. 校園内禁止任何金錢交易。

6. 請尊重在校園上課或工作人士，請勿擅自進入教室或喧嘩。

7. 嚴禁使用不雅語言，或作出任何危險、違法、擾亂、無禮或滋擾等行為。

8. 表演期間，觀眾請留於座位上欣賞表演，請勿擅自走到台前。

9. 本會保留更改表演團體之表演時段之一切權利。若本會對表演詳情有所更改，本會可不作另行通知。

10. 本會及香港理工大學保留向一切涉及公共安全、違法行為、暴力、色情及冒犯性語言的行為採取措施的權利。違規者有機會被暫停觀賞的權利或被要求離開。

11. 請勿攜帶煙、酒、影響其他觀眾觀賞的物品或任何具危險用途物品（如巨型支持表演燈牌、已開鋒之刀劍利器、打火機） 進場。如有發現，本會工作人員會視情況決定代為保管有關物品或拒絕進場並要求離開。若任何人用危險物品傷害、危及他人 ; 或毀損、破壞他人、本會、本校之財產，其責任一概由當事人負責。本會亦不會對代為保管的有關物品負上任何法律責任。

12. 除本會授權外，場內不得進行任何拍攝或錄影工作。如有發現，本會有權要求該人士或組織立即刪去相關照片或影片並立即離場。

13. 必須保持校園範圍清潔，任何或會影響校園衛生的行為一概禁止進行。

14. 嚴禁於校園內噴漆、張貼及塗鴉。

15. 任何人士如對公共財物造成損毀或污損，本會及香港理工大學將保留追究有關人士及追討相關損失及費用之權利。

16. 請保持場地清潔，場地內嚴禁飲食。

17. 表演期間，觀眾允許於會場內適度使用螢光棒及手機後置燈光作應援用途，但請勿使用會影響在場人士觀賞體驗的發光或響鬧裝置（包括但不限於流動電話、平板電腦及手提電腦）。

18. 校園範圍內嚴禁吸煙（包括電子煙或其他人造煙或吸煙設備）。

天雨安排

1. 若活動當日遇上惡劣天氣，如紅色暴雨警告信號、黑色暴雨警告信號、八號烈風或暴風信號、九號烈風或暴風風力增強信號、十號颱風信號，本會有權臨時中止或取消本次活動，並且不會賠償。

2. 如活動當日開始前兩小時，天文台發出八號烈風、暴風信號或黑色暴雨警告信號，所有活動將立即取消。

倘若本會認爲或懷疑閣下違反了或即將違反此守則，本會有權拒絕閣下入場或要求閣下離開場地，並保留追究責任之權利。

本會保留一切守則之最終免責、修改、刪除、追究及詮釋權利，而毋須另行通知。一切有關會場守則闡釋以本會之闡釋為準。

如有任何爭議，本會保留最終決定權。

Please read the following general terms and conditions ("Regulation") applicable to PolyU Arts Fair 2024. By making a ticket reserving and/or entering the venue, you are deemed to agree to abide by this regulation.

PolyU Art Fair 2024 Regulation

1. All persons must abide by this Regulation, the Campus Regulation of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the laws of Hong Kong.

2. Please follow the instructions of any Art Fair staff and school staff. Please seek assistance from staff if necessary.

3. Please take good care of your personal belongings. The 33rd PolyU CAS and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University will not be responsible for any loss.

4. It is prohibited to bring weapons, large props and wear any overly revealing clothing into the campus.

5. Money transactions are strictly prohibited on campus.

6. Please respect those who are studying or working on campus and do not enter the classroom or make noise without permission.

7. It is strictly prohibited to use indecent language or engage in any dangerous, illegal, disruptive, rude or nuisance behaviour.

8. During the performance, please stay in seats to enjoy the performance, and please do not walk to the front of the stage without permission.

9. The 33rd PolyU CAS reserves the right to change the performance time of performing groups. The 33rd PolyU CAS can make any changes to the performance details without prior notice.

10. The 33rd PolyU CAS and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University reserve the right to suspend participants’ viewing rights and require violators to leave due to reasons involving public safety, illegal activities, violence, pornographic content and offensive language.

11. Please do not bring cigarettes, alcohol, items that may affect the enjoyment of other audiences, or any dangerous items (such as giant light signs supporting the performance, sharpened swords, lighters) into the venue. If found, the art fair staff will depending on the situation to decide to keep the relevant items or refuse entry. If anyone uses dangerous goods to injure or endanger others; or damage or destroy the property of others, the 33rd PolyU CAS, or the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the responsibility lies with the party concerned. The 33rd PolyU CAS will not assume any legal responsibility for the relevant items kept on our behalf.

12. No photography or video recording is allowed inside the venue unless authorized by the 33rd PolyU CAS. If found, the 33rd PolyU CAS reserves the right to require the person or organization to immediately delete the relevant photos or videos and leave the venue immediately.

13. The campus must be kept clean, and any other behaviour that may affect campus hygiene are prohibited.

14. Spray painting, posting and graffiti on campus are strictly prohibited.

15. If any person causes damage or defacement to public property, the 33rd PolyU CAS and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University will reserve the right to pursue the relevant person and recover related losses and expenses.

16. Please keep the venue clean. Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

17. During the performance, audiences are allowed to moderately use glow sticks and mobile phone rear lights for support purposes in the venue, but please do not use light-emitting or sounding devices (including but not limited to mobile phones, tablets) that will affect the viewing experience of those present.

18. Smoking (including e-cigarettes or other cigarettes or smoking devices) is strictly prohibited on campus.

Arrangements for bad weather

1. If there is severe weather on the day of the event, such as a red rainstorm warning signal, a black rainstorm warning signal, a No. 8 typhoon signal, or above, the 33rd PolyU CAS reserves the right to suspend or cancel the event. There will be no compensation for this event due to the bad weather.

2. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a No. 8 typhoon signal or a black rainstorm warning signal two hours before the start of the event, the event will be cancelled immediately.

If the 33rd PolyU CAS believes or suspects that you have violated or are about to violate this regulation, the 33rd PolyU CAS has the right to refuse your admission or require you to leave the venue, and reserves the right to pursue liability.

The 33rd PolyU CAS reserves the right to final disclaimer, modification, deletion, investigation and interpretation of the regulation without prior notice. All interpretations of the regulation shall be subject to the 33rd PolyU CAS interpretation.

In case of any dispute, the 33rd PolyU CAS reserves the right of final decision.
