H.K. TO

I am a Ph.D. student in Criminology in the Department of Criminology at University of Pennsylvania (UPenn). I received my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mathematics, and M.Phil. in Statistics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).

My research interests include but not limited to statistical inference for incomplete data and time series, forensic statistics, and quantitative criminology. I am particularly interested in improving statistical interpretations of forensic evidence and developing statistical methods that help improve the understanding of crime. I am also actively exploring different fields in both Statistics and Mathematics.
