仲裁會議撮要：基本會員林巧兒來函，指控香港浸會大學學生會嘻哈文化學會於二零二三年七月二十八日舉辦的「醫務心電圖」活動性質與內容皆違反會章的1.3條文之宗旨，不但無法促進大學發展、提高大學聲譽，反之亦影響學生會聲譽，與學會成立目的背道而馳，故此希望透過訴訟以凍結或撤銷答辯人之學會會籍。

仲裁會議撮要：基本會員黃靖欣來函，提請仲議會就於現行經濟學系系會會章下，應如何讓候選幹事會在遺缺幹事會主席的情況下能夠上任。

現時情況：在轄下組織處於閒置狀態；及/或轄下組織未能按正當的會章程序產生新一屆行政機關的情況下，評議會可於評議會會議中通過決議案，委任有關轄下組織之重組委員會，以負責招收新會員及籌備選舉，並透過選舉產生新一屆的行政機關。惟新一屆行政機關之任期並不會因上任日期延遲而得到延長。有關之裁決書可以按此閱覽。

Judicial Meeting summary: A request from WONG Ching Yan WONG, on interpreting the procedure of nominating the Proposed Executive Committee of Economics Society, HKBUSU during the vacancy of President of the Economics Society, HKBUSU.

Progress: When the affiliated society is idle, and/or the affiliated society is unable to enforce the due process of law to elect the new executive institution, the Council shall pass a motion in the general meeting to appoint a restructuring committee for the affiliated society, recruiting new members, and organising polling to elect the new executive institution.
