仲議會設有行政委員會及秘書處兩個常設組織處理仲議會之行政事務。
Administration Committee and Secretariat are the two standing committees to handle Judicial Council administration.
本年度仲議會設立轄下組織委員會以提出修章方向及建議給予評議會轄下組織管理委員會作參考。
Judicial Council, Session 2021-2022 established the Affiliated Societies Committee on suggesting the amendment of the affiliated societies' constitution.

行政委員會乃仲議會轄下的行政組織，負責處理仲議會日常行政運作。其職權包括擬定仲議會全年財政預算、全年財政報告及全年工作報告；草擬會章內涉及仲議會職能或仲裁規條之修訂草案；及根據成文法則或首席仲裁員指示須由行政委員會會議處理之其他事宜。全體仲裁員皆為行政委員會委員，任期與其仲裁員之任期相同。
The Administration Committee is the administrative unit which responsible for the administration of the Judicial Council, including drafting the Judicial Council's financial budget, financial report and annual report, drafting the Union Constitution and it by-laws' Amendment Bill that related with Judicial Council, and other matters which directed by Chief Arbitrator or statutory laws. All arbitrators are the members of the Administration Committee, serving the same term of office of the arbitrator.

秘書處乃仲議會轄下檔案系統管理及文件處理組織，兼負一般資訊發佈工作。其職權包括處理有關仲議會之資料整理及文書工作；保存仲議會會內文件檔案；安排場地及物資供仲議會日常行政及仲裁會議之用；向基本會員提供有關仲議會之資訊；接收訟訴登記書；及聯絡申請人及答辯人有關訴訟事宜。秘書處委員由仲裁員提名，並於行政委員會會議中任命，任期為一年。
The Secretariat is the file system management unit which responsible for managing Judicial Council's document, arranging the venue and materials, publishing Judicial Council's information to union members, receiving litigation documents and contacting the applicant and respondent. The Secretary shall be nominated by the arbitrator and appointed by the Administration Committee for a term of one year.

轄下組織委員會於2021至2022年度第一次行政委員會成立之諮詢委員會，旨在提出轄下組織修章建議給予評議會轄下組織管理委員會作參考。其職權包括檢視各學生會轄下組織之會章及其成文法；討論轄下組織之會章及其成文法的漏洞或問題；及編制參考意見給予評議會轄下組織管理委員會。轄下組織委員會委員於行政委員會會議中任命。
The Affiliated Societies Committee is the advisory committee established on the first meeting of the Administration Committee, session 2021-2022, which aimed to suggest the amendment of the affiliated societies's constitution. It is responsible for reviewing the affiliated societies's constitution and its by-laws, discussing the bugs or problems of the constitution and its by-laws, and editing the suggestion of amendment to Affiliated Societies Management Committee of Council. The member of the committee shall be appointed by the Administration Committee.
