Previous research

Here, I summarized my efforts in printed, flexible electronics mostly during my PhD. I have worked on various aspects of printed devices and printing process: (1) governing physics in printing; (2) device physics of printed, flexible transistors; and (3) development of highest performance printed transistors/circuits using mass production compatible printing technique.

Please browse the following pages for more details.

    1. Gravure-printed high-performance thin-film transistors and circuits on plastic (MHz, sub-5-micron resolution)
    2. Effect of surface wetting on printed feature patterning
    3. Origin of low frequency noise in thin-film or layered transistors
    4. Several other research projects I was involved in, or I failed at (but earned invaluable experiences and knowledge).
