Why is Attending Meetings every week Important?

Attending meetings regularly lays the foundation of skills and leadership for cadets. Not only can you receive first-hand knowledge during our lectures or training sessions, actively engaging in meetings every week keeps your mind smart. You leadership skill is being practised every time you receive and execute an order from your superiors, your problem-solving reflex is being challenged and enhanced in the intensity of our training, and your "cadet manner" is being developed in a highly-disciplined environment. In reality cadets who frequently attend meetings do tend to become mature leaders more so than others, and are able to receive greater responsibility and training opportunities more readily.
