An annual exchange program from late July to early August. Participants  can join either overseas or local session.

The overseas programme to represent Hong Kong on a two-week tour with the opportunity to fly the military aircrafts, visit airbases and live with the host families.

本團是國際航空學員交流計劃協會會員，每年都會派出多名精英學員到海外跟國外的航空青年團體進行兩星期交流，國際友誼由此建立。參與計劃的國家有十多個，包括英國、美國、法國、以色列、澳洲、加拿大、新加坡、比利時、荷蘭等。

The local programme will host the visiting for foreign officers and cadets.

除海外交流外，外國學員亦會來港交流，本地學員有機會可作交流團統籌，協助款待外國學員。
