No 101 Squadron
No 101 Squadron, formerly No 1 Squadron, was the first Squadron in the Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps. We renamed to No 101 Squadron on January 9, 1995. It belongs to Hong Kong Island Wing which is under Operations Group. The Squadron has been based in HKUGA College since 2014, and won the Commandant's Award competition twice in a row, coming in second place in 2018-19. We provide discipline and leadership training through different types of events which held on Saturdays.
第一零一中隊隸屬香港航空青年團行動部港島大隊，是香港島大隊其中一駐校中隊。第一零一中隊是本團創辨的首個中隊，前稱第一中隊。中隊成立之初於昂船洲英軍基地舉行集會，及後集會地點遷移至中華基督教桂華山中學。1995年1月9日，第一中隊正式易名為一零一中隊, 至今已經第29個年頭。由早年公開隊變成了和 一零二中隊舉行聯隊集會，之後再植根鄧鏡波書院成為校隊，最終於2014年起轉移駐紮地至港大同學會書院。 學員們雖然人數不多，但曾於2018與2019年在總監盾比賽中連續兩年獲得亞軍：絕對能代表我們中隊徽號"貓頭鷹" - 代表著中隊學員充滿智慧及觀察力強。我們對所有一零一中隊的學員都寄望他們可以像我們的中隊格言一樣：
"'To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield”
堅持和執著做每件事情，有永不放棄的冒險精神。
