I began practicing yoga during graduate school to relieve physical discomfort caused by poor posture and to cope with academic stress. Later, I completed various teacher trainings in Bali, Indonesia, including Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Sound Healing. Later, I practiced Hatha Yoga at Anand Yoga in Jeju, South Korea. I have continued my career as an educator in both engineering and yoga in the United States and Korea.
For me, yoga is more than just physical exercise—it has been a way to restore balance in life and to care for both body and mind. Through practice, I have found inner peace and deeper self-understanding, and I hope to share this journey with others.
