Hanchen Jiang
Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor at the University of North Texas. My research spans real estate and urban economics, labor and health economics, and household finance, with a focus on housing affordability, urban sustainability, and economic opportunity.
I have published eight papers in leading peer-reviewed journals, including Journal of Urban Economics, Real Estate Economics (2), Journal of Health Economics, and Journal of Development Economics.
I received my Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University in 2020, where I was advised by Professor Robert A. Moffitt.
