Hanchen Jiang
Welcome! I'm an Assistant Professor at University of North Texas, and my primary field is Real Estate and Urban Economics. My research centers on three policy-relevant themes: (1) Affordability, (2) Sustainability, and (3) Opportunity.
I have published seven papers in leading peer-reviewed academic journals, including top field outlets such as Journal of Urban Economics, Real Estate Economics, Journal of Health Economics, and Journal of Development Economics.
Dr. Jiang received his M.A. from Vanderbilt University in 2014 and Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University in 2020.
