Show Details

Please have dancers arrive at their scheduled call time so we can make sure everyone is checked in, settled, and ready to perform. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold the shows for late arrivals.
Show 1 dancers will arrive at 5:00 PM with a 5:30 PM performance time.
Show 2 dancers will arrive at 6:15 PM with a 6:45 PM performance time.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedure

Dancers will enter through the side hallway, where clear signs and staff members will be ready to guide them. Parents will not enter the classroom or backstage areas, as dancers will remain with teachers and staff who will supervise them until it is their turn to perform.

After the show, dancers will come onto the stage for a group photo. We will then dismiss dancers by class, and parents may come to the front of the stage to pick them up. We will review this process again at the recital so everyone feels comfortable with how it works.

Tickets and Seating

No tickets are required for this event, as admission is included in your recital fee. Family and friends are welcome to attend. The auditorium doors will open 15 minutes before each show begins. Parents will wait in line until doors open, and teachers will walk dancers into the auditorium when it is their turn to perform.

Two-Show Format

This year, we are splitting our recital into two separate shows. Each show will include 13 routines and run approximately 45 minutes. We chose this format to create a comfortable, enjoyable experience for both dancers and families.

Because of this structure, we are unable to accommodate individual scheduling requests or guarantee siblings will be placed in the same show. For dancers who participate in multiple routines, we will do our very best to keep those routines within the same show; however, it may not always be possible.

Please also note that for dancers in multiple routines, the overall time commitment would be about the same whether we held one long recital or two shorter ones. Splitting the recital simply allows everyone to enjoy a shorter, smoother, and less overwhelming experience, while still giving each dancer the time they need to perform.

We truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we navigate this process. We are confident this format creates the best possible recital experience for our dancers and families.

Additional Info

All dancer fees must be paid in full to participate in the recital. Dancers cannot have a balance on their account.
We kindly ask that families stay to enjoy the entire show. Our recitals are intentionally kept short, and staying through the end helps support every class and performer.
