Privacy Policy — Hit the Brakes!

Hit the Brakes! ("the game") is published by Jestercard Studios ("we"). This policy explains what the game collects and why.
Your progress — best distance, diamonds, unlocked cars, cosmetics, achievements, daily-mission status and settings — is stored only on your device. We never receive it, and it is deleted when you uninstall the game. The game also remembers the country of your Google Play account, only to apply that country's rules for Pit Crates. It stays on your device.
The game shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show, measure and personalize ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, your IP address (which can indicate your approximate location), information about your device (such as its model and operating system), and information about the ads you see and interact with.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before ads are personalized. You can change your choice at any time with the "Ad privacy settings" button on the game's main screen.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device's settings.

The game offers optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads or buying diamonds. Purchases are processed by Google Play; we never see your payment details.
We use RevenueCat to confirm purchases and to let you restore them. RevenueCat receives the purchase receipt, the products you bought, and a random app user ID created by the game. This information is used only to deliver and restore your purchases.

When you use "Share this crash" or "Share my collection", the game creates a picture and opens your device's share menu. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose an app to share it with.
The "Feedback" button opens your own email app with a message addressed to us; the game adds its version number and your device's Android version so we can look into problems. Nothing is sent unless you send the email yourself. We use your email address and message only to reply to you and to improve the game.
The "Rate" button and the occasional rating prompt use Google Play's own rating screen; we only see the ratings and reviews you choose to post publicly on Google Play.
We do not use any analytics service. Google AdMob measures ad performance as described above.
We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the advertising data handled by Google AdMob and the purchase information handled by Google Play and RevenueCat, as described above, the game does not share any data with anyone.
Data sent by the Google AdMob and RevenueCat software is encrypted in transit.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You can delete all game data by uninstalling the game, and you can manage ad personalization in your device's settings. For any question or request, including data deletion requests, contact us at jestercardstudios@gmail.com.

Pit Crates contain one random cosmetic item (paint, tire trail or horn). Items are cosmetic only and cannot be traded or sold. Every crate is an independent draw. A duplicate refunds diamonds.
Legendary 2% in total (0.4% each): Chrome Champion, Victory Lane Gold, Gold Dust, Victory Fanfare, Dixie Horn. Duplicate refunds 150 diamonds.
Epic 10% in total (1.67% each): Flame Job, Thunderbolt, Piston Pete's #41, Fire, Rainbow, Musical. Duplicate refunds 60 diamonds.
Rare 28% in total (3.5% each): Checkered Roof, Octane Cola #7, Lug Nut Tools #12, Night Shift, Neon Blue, Hot Pink, Air Horn, Big Rig. Duplicate refunds 30 diamonds.
Common 60% in total (8.57% each): Pit Lane Gray, Rookie Stripe, Twin Stripe Blue, Safety Orange, Smoke Gray, Chalk White, Beep Beep. Duplicate refunds 15 diamonds.
The exact percentage of every single item is shown in the game: Pit Shop → "See every item's odds". In Belgium, the crate shows its item before you pay, so nothing random is sold there.
