Make sure you have a PC copy of Hitman: Absolution (Retail/digital both work). You don't need to put it anywhere special, just launch it. LAUNCH THE PROGRAM FIRST, DO ALL YOUR REPLACING, THEN LAUNCH THE GAME WHEN YOU ARE DONE!. When you launch it for the first time, you must choose where your Hitman: Absolution folder is. If you mess up, you can change this directory at any time inside the program. After that, the program makes some backups of the disguise files (only about a megabyte's worth, don't worry) and you are ready to roll.

Hitman: Absolution also offers a new online feature called Contract Mode. In Contract Mode, gamers share and create hitman assignments that can be played within the game.
