PLANNING:

Planning is the basic thing when it comes to construction project, so it is very very important to consider "VASTHU" and also satisfying the client with required space planning. We also provide License Plan to submit for City Corporation.

3D FRONT ELEVATIONS:

Now a days it is important to provide 3D Front Elevation along with working plan and also clients need guidance for the practical execution of the given 3D view, so we provide 3D views and also guidance to execute the same.

SUPERVISION:

We take up supervision work of entire building from start to finish. It is necessary for an Engineer to be present at site at some of the critical works and guide them to avoid the mistakes during the project. The charges depends on the cost of the project.

MATERIAL CONTRACT / TURNKEY PROJECT:

We also take up Material Contract / Turnkey Project for both Residential & Commercial buildings which includes every material and also Engineer's Supervision but it may or may include Interior works which depends on the Contract Agreement. It is very important to provide good quality materials and workmanship which will satisfy the client. Our Contract starts from Rs.1,60,000/- per 100 sq.ft.

ESTIMATION FOR BANK LOANS:

We provide Estimations to be submitted for banks for the purpose of loans along with working plan.

DESIGN:

We also provide Structural Design for all types of construction projects along with required plans for execution of the same.

RENOVATION WORKS:

We take up Renovation work of old building, it is necessary to have good Engineering knowledge to when it comes to Renovation works.

LAYOUT DEVELOPMENT:

We undertake layout development projects including planning, supervising, guidance & also marking of sites.

VASTHU GUIDANCE:

All the plans now a days must have proper Vasthu, so we also give guidance of Vasthu to old & new buildings & suggest suitable solutions.

INTERIOR DESIGNING:

Its very important to have a pleasing appearance inside your own house along with with exterior design, so we provide guidance and interior designs also.

We also supply materials for the construction projects such as:

• Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)

• Red Bricks, CC Block & Light-weight bricks

• Cement

• Coarse Aggregate (Jelly)

• River Sand, M-Sand & P-Sand
