Glynn Parry

The Friends of Port Sunlight Park created a History Trail about the creation of the Park and recorded the many stories of its past and also of local area.

We take part in various local events to publicise this trail and the Park.

At the Wirral History & Heritage Association Fair in 2021, a local man Glynn Parry said he has some photographs and documents related to Bromborough Pool.

He gave us 2 boxes full. It has taken sometime to overcome the daunting prosect of attempting to sort through it.

We are in the process of scanning in the photos and some of the documents. Then creating an index to them.

This will be an ongoing process 599 scanned but most not indexed yet
