Lessons Learned
Watch this short video for lessons learned about designing asynchronous learning activities from past submissions. https://youtu.be/RmRvo-ko3K8
Step 1:
Create a google folder dedicated to this project. Set the share settings for the folder to "Anyone with the link can view" so your peers will be able to view your site content!
Step 2:
Create a new Google Site. You can find it in the left sidebar of your drive under More, or by going to sites.google.com. Save your site in the folder you created for this class.
Step 3:
Add documents, videos, presentations, and more using the sidebar options. Just drag and drop!
Step 4:
When you're finished with your site, submit the link through the form on the Activity Submission page.
FINALLY:
If you make any changes, make sure you select "Publish" again!

Share your Google Form outside your Organization:
If you create a form with a work or school account, you may be able to choose if the form can be accessed only within or also outside your organization. For your peers to complete your learning activity, you will need to turn this restriction off.
Important: If you turn off this restriction setting, anyone with the link can fill out your form.
Open a form in Google Forms.
At the top of the form, click Settings.
Next to "Responses," click the Down arrow.
Turn off Restrict to users in [yourdomain.com] and its trusted organizations.
