My historical Thinking Project is about how COAR has been a revolutionary instrument in combating Violence, poverty and lack of Education that has went onto impact El Salvador as a whole to issue in Hope, Legacy & Security as a country helping increase education by impacting people who have went onto be in influential places of authority
COAR have been beneficial in El Salvador because they have been administering Hope, Education, and instilling Legacy into El Salvadorian youth and adults and aiding in the preservantion and evolution of El Salvador since 1980
The have created a community within the city of Zaragoza, in El Salvador called COAR Children's Village
Through the bringing of donated resources, teaching and equipping children and adults they have been able to help change the economic capacity for the inhabitants to get better jobs and be more educated
COAR teaches regular school curriculum and extra courses that aid in the development of the local economy such as college prepatory courses and career prepatory courses in healthcare services, technology, and a hotel and tourism management curriculum
They also provide workshops for the people of the community to help aid in them being in a position to help aid a better community while giving people skills to give them alternatives to gangs, dying of poverty, aiding in the development of the communnity as a whole
They have went on to teach thousands of kids over the years and a good majority of them have went on to live good lives one of the students from the village even went on to become a major in an El Salvadorian town
