We believe in empowering the next generation of musicians. That's why our main goal is to provide scholarships based on financial need to students pursuing degrees in music at universities and conservatories.

How do we achieve this? Our scholarship fund  is made up of proceeds from benefit events and concerts, and recently the preparation of musical scores  –  which showcase the unique beauty of historical bassoons  – but also your membership fees and donations. Your contributions and event participation can make a difference in a student's musical journey.

We are more than just an association. Explore our webpage for the latest news, information, and event calendar.

If you are a student in need of financial aid,  see the information about applying for scholarships  Do not become a member of the HBA if you are planning to apply for financial assistance.

Will you join us? Remember, membership fees and donations will be used directly to help students in need of financial aid.  Thanks very much.  JOIN here.
