This Privacy Policy explains how Hisabio ("we," "our," or "the App") handles your information. Hisabio is a dedicated money management tool designed specifically for Mosque chanda (donation) and expense tracking in Pakistan.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
To provide an efficient experience for Mosque financial management, we collect specific information and require certain permissions:
Financial Records: Any data you manually enter regarding donations (chanda) or expenses is stored to maintain your local records.
Images (Receipts/Bills): When you use the camera feature, the App accesses your camera to capture images of physical bills or receipts for record-keeping. These images are used solely for your financial documentation.
The App requests the following permissions to function correctly:
Camera: To allow you to take photos of expense receipts and attach them to your digital ledger.
Internet & Access Network State: To check your connectivity status and fetch the latest data or App configurations (Remote Config).
We use Google Firebase to ensure the App is stable and updated. Firebase may automatically collect certain information:
Analytics: To understand how the App is used (e.g., button clicks, page views).
Remote Config: To update App settings without requiring a new store update.
Device Identifiers: Firebase uses "Firebase Installation IDs" to identify unique app instances for performance monitoring.
Supabase Storage: Service is used to store expense receipt images.

We value the trust you place in us by managing Mosque funds through Hisabio.
Data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption.
We do not sell or rent any personal or financial data to third-party advertisers.
Users have the right to delete their account and associated personal data directly from within the Hisabio app.
Account deletion can be initiated by navigating to Settings → Profile → Delete Account and confirming the request. Once deleted, the account and associated personal data are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Users who are mosque administrators must first transfer the admin role to another member or delete the mosque before deleting their account.
Mosque financial and operational records may be retained as they belong to the mosque organization and may be required for accountability or auditing purposes.
Hisabio is intended for use by adult Mosque administrators and committee members. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
This policy is intended to comply with relevant data protection principles in Pakistan and the Google Play Store Developer Program Policies.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
