This Account & Data Deletion Policy explains how Hisabio ("we," "our," or "the App") enables users to delete their accounts and manage the removal of their personal information. Hisabio by Revio is a dedicated money management tool designed for mosque donation (chanda) and expense tracking in Pakistan.
By using the App, you acknowledge and understand the data deletion options described in this policy.
Users can request account deletion by following these steps:
Open the Hisabio app
Go to Settings → Profile
Tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion
Restriction:
Users who are mosque admins must first transfer the admin role to another member or delete the mosque before deleting their account.
When an account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
User profile information (name, email, phone number, profile image)
User authentication and account record
Mosque membership associations
Pending mosque join requests
Local app data stored on the device
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
The following data is not deleted when an account is deleted:
Mosque financial records (donations, expenses, assets, rent records)
Reason:
These records belong to the mosque organization and may be required for auditing and accountability. It can be deleted by mosque admin.
Users may leave a mosque without deleting their account.
Regular members can leave at any time
Admins must transfer admin rights before leaving
If no other member exists, the mosque must be deleted
Only mosque admins can delete a mosque.
Deleting a mosque permanently removes:
Mosque profile and settings
All members and join requests
Donations, expenses, assets, rent records
Receipt images and documents
User accounts remain active after mosque deletion.
Logout only signs the user out and clears local app data
Logout does not delete any stored data
Data is retained until explicitly deleted by the user or mosque admin
No automatic deletion occurs
Deleted data cannot be recovered
