Hisab Clear ("we," "our," or "the App") is an expense-sharing and settlement application designed to help users manage group expenses, calculate balances, and settle shared expenses efficiently.

To provide you with account synchronization and group sharing features, we collect the following information:
Account Information: When you register or log in (via Email/Password or Google Sign-In), we collect your Name, Email Address, and User ID.
User-Generated Content: To sync expenses among members, we store transaction details, group names, participant names, notes, and expense amounts.
Device Identifiers: We process installation IDs and device tokens to manage your authenticated session securely.
2. How We Store and Sync Your Data
Cloud Storage and Syncing: We use Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore Cloud Database) to securely store your account details, groups, and expenses. This allows you and your group members to view and update shared bills in real-time.
Offline Caching: Your data is cached locally on your device so you can access it when offline. Changes are synced to the cloud once you reconnect to the internet.
3. Data Sharing
We value your privacy. Hisab Clear does not sell your personal data.
Your information is only shared with third-party service providers (specifically Google Firebase) solely to host, run, and secure the App's infrastructure.
We do not share your information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your data as long as your account is active.
Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
How to Request Deletion: You can request data deletion by filling out our Account Deletion Form or by contacting us at teamtruemen@gmail.com. Your account and all stored groups and expenses will be permanently deleted from our servers within 48 hours.
5. Permissions We Use
Files and Device Storage: The App may request permission to access device storage to save and export PDF reports containing your expense lists.
Internet Access: Required to sync accounts and expenses with our secure cloud servers.
6. Children's Privacy
Hisab Clear is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
